Called to preach the Kingdom of God, Pastor Earl has dedicated his life to equipping believers to walk in their God-given authority and purpose.
With a passion for discipleship and community transformation, Pastor Earl founded Rearl Ministries — known as Kingdom Power — to serve as a beacon of hope, healing, and spiritual empowerment for individuals and families. His teaching ministry spans decades of faithful service, including an extensive sermon series on Spiritual Warfare that has reached thousands of believers worldwide.
Pastor Earl believes that every believer is called to a life of kingdom impact, and his ministry reflects that conviction through practical, Scripture-grounded teaching, intercessory prayer, and a heart for the lost and hurting.
